Who is Local 1303? Local 1303 is your Local. It consists of over 9000 members and is a conglomerate of many chapters from every area of Connecticut. Chapter sizes are as small as 2 people and as large 100+ members. The majority of our members work for municipalities. We are also State Technical College Employees and employees of private non-profit organizations such as Milford Mental Health Clinic. We are the people that make Connecticut work. Local 1303 is part of AFSCME Council 4. We want to know what issues are important to you in the workplace. We want to know what you think of your union and what AFSCME can do for you.
